The report costs £325 (excluding VAT) and is turned around in 24 hours.

• Potential sources of ground gas/ radon and likelihood for requirement of ground gas protection measures;

This initial site appraisal includes an overview of:

• Potential ground stability hazards;
• Likely foundation solutions/ floor construction;
• Potential feasibility of soakaways;
• Potential CBR values for preliminary pavement design
• Summary of potential environmental and geotechnical liabilities that may affect the site value.

If a full desk study report to BS10175 is subsequently required, we will credit the cost of the initial TEC-Check report from the desk study costs.
