Tatworth Road, Chard Somerset

Back in our beloved home county of Somerset, TEC have been undertaking ground investigation works on behalf of Summerfield Homes in support of plans for 94 new homes on the southern edge of Chard. Investigation and assessment works have focused on understanding the challenging and variable ground conditions across the site to provide the most cost effective and pragmatic substructure solutions. Sometimes the ground just does not behave how you think it should!
